Now he knows where he wants to finish his collegiate football career.Former five-star recruit Jaelan Phillips announced his plans to move on from the UCLA football program after two seasons with the team. It didn’t take him long to find a new program.Phillips took to Twitter on Thursday night to announce he’s taking his talents to Miami. In late January, Phillips took a visit to Miami. Manny Diaz and the Hurricanes emerged as the heavy favorite to land the former top recruit after he teased college football fans with a simple “TNM” tweet.“TNM” is short for “The New Miami,” which new Miami recruits have been using as a way to build up the program.
